Sara Alghamdi

Sara Alghamdi is a senior studying Respiratory Therapy in King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Jeddah. She has been a part of Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and the National Olympiad for Scientific Creativity (Ibdaa) in 2016 and 2017. She finds her interest in a vast variety of fields and topics out of her major field of study. Sara tends to indulge herself in research to fulfill her intellectual curiosity. She volunteered to work in various research labs at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in 2015, 2016, and 2018. She rotated through Nanomedicine lab, water desalination lab, and biological sciences core lab. Being versatile enough to learn something you lack knowledge about is what she believes to be the first step into evolving and developing your own self.

Innovation Resilience Ambition Diligence Aspiration Hope, IRADAH, is a nonprofit organization created by Saudi students who are talented in research and technology innovations. The organization is created to help pre-college high school students to unlock their full potential in research assimilation. This organization consists of consultants who act like mentors to guide students in their specialized fields based on their educational background.
